Welcome to the fourth annual TTG Luxury Seminar, from InterContinental Hotels & Resorts

It is with the greatest pleasure that I welcome you back to the InterContinental London Park Lane.

This year, the seminar focuses on ‘The Future of Luxury Travel - Ideas, Innovation & Insight.' As the title implies, this builds on last year's exploration of how the luxury market is developing and how to get the most out of this new landscape.

Technology and Innovation are playing an increasing role in the travel industry. From the expectations of what a hotel room needs to offer, to the ways our consumers want to interact with us - the opportunities are arriving and becoming standard practice at a faster and faster rate.

It is important to be able to spot these trends as early as possible, to establish the role they can play in our business and which to adopt rather than ignore. This is the reason we will all gather at the TTG Luxury Seminar – to get a better understanding of the future trends for our industry.
