Marvin is the Partner in charge of the Global Hospitality Industry programme at Deloitte and the Lead Partner for tax services to the Tourism, Hospitality & Leisure (THL) sector.
Marvin has wide experience in M&A transactions working with clients including Marriott International Inc, Travelodge, Principal Hayley Hotels, LRG, Macdonald Hotels, Starwood Capital as well as investors in hospitality assets.
Marvin is one of the leading authorities on structuring S&LB's, S&MB's and OpCo/PropCo restructurings.
Marvin has also served on the Executive Committee of the Global Real Estate Institute (GRI) and currently serves on the Tax Committee for the British Association of Hotel Accountants |
