Lucy is marketing director at Exsus, the luxury, bespoke tour operator, with offices in London, Edinburgh and New York. Their clients are savvy, sophisticated travellers who don't think standards should slip just because they're halfway up a Peruvian mountainside.
Her eight years of travel industry experience have seen her selling flights, tailor making high value itineraries for discerning clients, managing product, and, for the last two years, heading up marketing and public relations for Exsus. She also makes an excellent cup of tea.
Following Lucy's re-brand at Exsus at the end of 2008, the company was voted top ten specialist tour operator in this year's Condé Nast Traveller Readers' Awards.
A keen traveller herself, Lucy specialises in Latin America and has travelled the length and breadth of the continent. She also enjoys travel writing and was a finalist in the Bradt/Independent on Sunday travel writing competition. |
