Jennifer Fox is the Chief Operating Officer, Managed Operations, Continental Europe with responsibility for operations including, financial performance, talent management and brand service delivery for Continental European managed & owned hotel operations and InterContinental London Park Lane. Prior to taking up position in January 2009, Jennifer was Chief Operating Officer for InterContinental branded hotels & resorts in Europe.
Jennifer joined IHG in 2001 as Managing Director of the InterContinental Hong Kong when the company purchased the Regent Hong Kong and led the successful rebranding to InterContinental. Following this assignment, Jennifer relocated to the UK as SVP Global Brand Management for the InterContinental brand.
Jennifer has extensive experience as a general manager at a number of high profile international properties and has 25 years experience in marketing, operating and repositioning resort, luxury and business hotels. A committed turnaround specialist with hands-on seasoning in the resort, luxury and business segments, Jennifer has strong international operations and marketing experience, having worked in North America, Australia, Asia and Europe.
Jennifer holds an MBA from Baylor University, Texas USA and is currently completing her Doctorate in Business Studies at the International School of Management in Paris, France. Additionally, she has completed a Marketing program at the University of New South Wales, Australia.
